Lina Krüger – Somatic Support

Ground Your
Spiritual Journey
Through the Body

Somatic sessions to integrate deep insights,
balance energies, and reconnect with your body

I offer somatic sessions tailored for those on a spiritual journey, committed to meditation, Satsang, or self-inquiry. These sessions provide a supportive space to help you stay grounded, embodied, balanced, and functional.

My aim is to assist you in integrating your spiritual experiences, reconnecting with physical stability, and finding ease and joy in your body. The practices are designed to promote both emotional release and grounding—essential tools that have been invaluable in my own journey for maintaining physical well-being and bridging the gap between profound spiritual insights and practical everyday life.

What people say about working with me:

“I had the privilege of experiencing the sessions with Lina for 6 months, and it truly transformed my understanding of my body and emotions. What I particularly liked about the sessions was the gentle yet powerful approach. It was always difficult for me to find a way to move my body that I would enjoy. These sessions were not only very pleasant but had a profound positive effect on my overall well-being. I found that I was able to release built-up tension and stress while I was passing through a traumatic experience. This not only improved my physical comfort but also enhanced my emotional clarity and inner peace and helped to calm down my mind. I would highly recommend Lina because of her intuition, and compassionate and joyful presence.  I felt that she truly listen and adapt the therapy to meet the needs in the moment, making each session feel personalized and effective. If you’re looking for a way to reconnect with yourself and experience holistic healing, somatic therapy with Lina is a wonderful choice.”

“The somatic support sessions are absolutely amazing.
Lina guides through the deep layers of the emotional, energetic and physical body and thus creates space to release tension and blockages. For me the practice is very grounding, relaxing and helpful to get out of the head and to become really aware of the body with its energies and emotions.
The practice is easy to perform but very effective at the same time.
The variety of movements and postures including stretching, shaking, dancing, tapping, breathing and Lina’s entertaining teaching style make the movement practice a wonderful break from busy every day life.
It’s also amazing how Lina responds to the individual needs of the participants and how she is able to maintain an energetic connection to the participants even via zoom.
I totally enjoy the sessions and can highly recommend them.”

“I was attending the dance sessions “Dancing Stillness” in Berlin for two years. The dance sessions with Lina were truly special! Using the Five Rhythms method, she guides us from gentle, calm movements to ecstatic dancing, all accompanied by an inspiring selection of music. What I particularly appreciate is that Lina incorporates the voice, adding even more intensity to the experience. She creates a welcoming atmosphere where you feel comfortable and encouraged to express yourself freely. After each session, I felt relaxed and full of energy.”

About me

I grew up surrounded by meditation and spirituality, as my family often traveled to ashrams. Early on, I experienced a sense of peace and spiritual presence that shaped my outlook on life.

My path began in the arts, where acting became a way to explore and express the energy around me. However, in my early twenties, a profound spiritual experience set me on a deeper journey of self-discovery. This marked a turning point, leading me to immerse myself in spiritual practices and teachings for years.

During this time, I discovered the importance of grounding and embodiment to navigate the challenges and joys of awakening. Practices like yoga, dancing, shaking, and breathwork became part of my daily routine, helping me balance intense spiritual experiences and stay emotionally and physically stable.

In recent years, I’ve deepened my understanding of somatic practices through methods such as Body-Mind Centering, Authentic Movement, and somatic yoga. These practices have become a bridge between the spiritual and the physical, offering a direct, universal way to stay present and connected with the body.

I believe embodiment is essential for integrating spiritual insights and embracing the simplicity and fullness of life.

The Sessions:
Supporting Your Spiritual Path Through the Body

Elements of the sessions are:

  • Stretching: Gentle, deep stretches inspired by Yoga and Feldenkrais that open up areas of the body often overlooked, helping release stored energetic tension.
  • Body Awareness: Practical exercises to deepen awareness of the body, drawing on Body-Mind Centering© techniques like imagination and anatomical exploration.
  • Working with Pressure: Engaging in self-holding, massaging tissues or lymph, caressing the skin, and touching energetic centers to feel grounded and supported through gravity.
  • Dancing and Shaking: Free movement to release emotions, let go of control, and reconnect with joy, creativity, and natural body expression.
  • Breathwork: Techniques like Pranayama or working with the natural breath in motion, inspired by Middendorf Breathwork, and focusing on energetic centers to promote balance and ease.
  • Voice Work: Gently exploring your voice and tone as a way to connect with your “tone body” and anchor yourself in presence.

The sessions are limited to 8 participants to ensure an intimate and supportive space.
