The Body knows
Somatic sessions to reconnect with your body
balance energies, and integrate insights.
Your body holds a wisdom that speaks through sensation, breath, and movement. My work is an invitation to listen – not to fix or achieve, but simply to reconnect with what is already there.
In somatic practice, we don’t separate body and mind. They are living metaphors for one another, both forms that can be explored and reshaped. The central question shifts from “how do I fix myself?” to “what becomes possible when I truly pay attention?”
In weekly “Somatic Support” sessions, we work with multiple layers: the physical body in movement, the emotions that arise, and the thoughts that give meaning to experience. Sometimes the work is subtle – breathing and moving into parts of yourself that rarely receive attention. Other times, sessions rise in intensity through shaking, sounding, and dancing. These weekly gatherings offer a nourishing “clean-up and check-in,” supporting integration, clarity, and presence.
In one-on-one sessions, we explore your individual body-mind more closely: where and how mental patterns live in the body. In-person sessions may include touch and guided exploration. Online, we move fluidly between conversation and embodied practices.
My aim is to support you in reconnecting with physical stability and discovering greater ease and joy in your body. The practices encourage both emotional release and grounding – essential tools for bridging spiritual insight with the realities of everyday life, and for staying connected to the body’s innate wisdom.
Regular, online “Somatic Support” Sessions
Elements of the sessions are:
-Stretching: Gentle, deep stretches inspired by Yin Yoga and Hartha Yoga, that open up areas of the body often overlooked, helping release stored energetic tension.
-Body–Mind Centering® & Developmental Movement: Drawing on Body–Mind Centering® and developmental movement patterns, we explore how early movement experiences shape posture, perception, and relationship. By revisiting these patterns, the body is invited to reorganize from within, supporting integration, adaptability, and embodied understanding
-Voice Work: Gentle exploration of voice, tone, and resonance offers a way to connect with the “tone body,” anchoring presence and allowing expression to emerge from embodied listening rather than effort.
-Movements inspired by the Feldenkrais Method (Awareness Through Movement). Subtle movement sequences support a refined awareness of the body, helping to reorganize habitual patterns and expand choice, ease, and efficiency in movement.
-Working with Pressure Through self-holding, massaging tissues or lymph, caressing the skin, and contacting energetic centers, we explore pressure as a way to experience support, grounding, and relationship with gravity
-Dancing and Shaking: Free movement to release emotions, let go of control, and reconnect with joy, creativity, and natural body expression.
-Breathwork: Techniques like Pranayama or working with the natural breath in motion, inspired by Middendorf Breathwork, and focusing on energetic centers to promote balance and ease.
The sessions are limited to 8 participants to ensure an intimate and supportive space.

About me
I trace my own beginnings with embodiment as a practice to the games of my early years, when I playfully reenacted the behaviors and mannerisms of the adults around me. I later became a performer and theatre maker, drawn to physicality, play, and presence. During those years, I realized that the core motivation behind being on stage was a longing to dissolve walls, to be in a room with strangers and share intimacy, beauty, and the alive uncertainty of not knowing what will happen next.
Sharing Somatic Practices, Bodywork, and Transformative Coaching, which I have been offering since 2021, feels like the rawest and most direct expression of this impulse. It allows me to communicate that feeling of awe in an immediate, embodied way.
Spirituality and meditation have been part of my life from early on. While I was familiar with spiritual and meditative practices through my family home, it was in my early twenties that engaging more deeply with spiritual philosophies, and their lived application, became a central focus. What began as curiosity grew into an intense and sustained period of exploration.
I teach embodiment from a place of wonder.
What is the body, really? As we dive deeper into the mystery of life, the body may first appear empty, almost like a shadow. Yet from the realization of emptiness, the body reveals itself again, with even greater detail, richness, and beauty.
Body-Mind Centering® is one of the core methods that has deeply inspired me through my Somatic Pedagogy training. Through the art of touch, repatterning, and an understanding of developmental movement and the body’s different systems, we begin to recognize patterns that help us navigate and explore new possibilities. When we learn to listen, the body reveals an intuitive spontaneity, an alignment that feels both natural and deeply intelligent.
I feel honored to teach somatic work within meditation and non-duality retreats alongside Lisa Cairns, with whom I have been collaborating for the past three years.
