2. In short

I process personal data only as far as needed to run this website, handle bookings and communicate with you. This website uses no analytics or tracking tools and no advertising cookies. Only technically necessary cookies are set, which is why there is no cookie banner.

3. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM (Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany). When you visit the site, the server automatically stores information in log files, such as IP address, date and time, requested page, browser type and operating system. This is technically necessary to deliver and secure the site. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and stable operation). A data processing agreement is in place with the provider.

4. Cookies

The website sets only technically necessary cookies, for example for the booking system. Legal basis: § 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. You can block cookies in your browser; some functions may then not work.

5. Contact

If you write to me (email or contact form), I process your details to answer your request. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract or pre-contractual request) or (f) GDPR. I delete the data once it is no longer needed and no statutory retention duties apply.

6. Booking appointments

For the free discovery call and for group sessions I use booking plugins that run on this website itself (FluentBooking, BookingPress). The data (name, email, chosen time, topic or message) is stored in this website’s database at my hosting provider and used for confirmation and delivery of the appointment. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. I keep booking data only as long as needed for delivery and legal obligations (for example tax law for paid sessions).

7. Payment via PayPal

Paid sessions can be paid via PayPal. You are redirected to PayPal or PayPal is embedded. Provider: PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg. PayPal receives the data needed for the payment (for example name, email, amount). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. More information: PayPal privacy statement.

8. Video calls via Zoom

Online sessions and discovery calls take place via Zoom. Provider: Zoom Video Communications, Inc., USA (for Europe via Zoom Communications Ireland). When you join, data such as name, IP address and device information is processed. Transfers to the USA rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Sessions are not recorded unless we agree otherwise. More: Zoom privacy.

9. Newsletter

If you subscribe to the newsletter, I store your email address (and your name, if given). Sign-up uses a double opt-in: you receive a confirmation email and are added only after you click the link. Sending and management run through the MailPoet plugin on this website. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time, for example via the unsubscribe link in every newsletter or by email to me.

10. Email delivery

Confirmation and notification emails from this website are sent via the email delivery I have set up. Recipient, subject and content of the message are processed in the process.

11. External links and videos

This website contains links to YouTube and Instagram. Merely visiting my site does not transmit data to these providers. Only when you click a link do you reach the provider’s site, where its privacy policy applies (YouTube: Google Ireland Limited; Instagram: Meta Platforms Ireland Limited).

YouTube videos are loaded only after you click (“two-click solution”). Then data such as your IP address is sent to Google and cookies may be set. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TDDDG).

12. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). You can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. Write to me at contact@linakrueger.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, for example the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, Alt-Moabit 59–61, 10555 Berlin.
