Bodywork in Berlin
Guiding attention with touch, voice and breath — in-person sessions at my studio in Berlin.
Some things are held in the body long before we find words for them.
If something in you wants to be felt before it can be understood (a particular kind of tension that keeps resurfacing, or a place in the body that holds something deeper, where the flow has stopped), bodywork is one way to meet it. Through touch, breath and voice we make contact with what is held. Often this brings more space and permeability, and the body can relax. Sometimes deeper tensions dissolve on an emotional level, or spontaneous movement and expression arise because the body has held them back for a long time and they begin to flow again. Little by little you discover how your thinking, certain thought patterns and the patterns held in the body are connected. This is where the real key to the sessions begins: once you notice that connection, it becomes easier to keep exploring after the session.
How a session unfolds. We begin with a conversation: What feels difficult right now, or in general? Pain, scars, tension, themes, events, emotions, behavioral patterns that seem burned in. What would you like to change? Or what makes you curious about bodywork? Then the work moves between dialogue and bodywork. You lie comfortably on a massage table, in minimal clothing or fully clothed, and you decide what feels right for you at every moment. I work with muscles, fascia, bones and specific areas and invite you to feel what is happening inside.
What we explore. Unlike a regular massage, this is a shared exploration of patterns: how tension in the body, habits and thoughts are connected. As the body is allowed to let go, more aliveness can flow again.
Where bodywork and nonduality meet. I see my work as a dance between the concreteness of the body and the seeing that nothing is lacking and nothing needs to be fixed. I do have knowledge about embodiment and about how trauma can show up in the body, but I keep it loosely in the background and am careful with interpretation. Instead I trust the resonance of what is happening and what wants to show itself. What matters most is the space between us, like an empty stage where every part of you may step forward, with an audience that is fully on your side.

“I came to the sessions because I was experiencing a deep contraction and squeezing in my body that wouldn’t shift, no matter how much time I spent with it on my own. Lina’s intuitive approach created space through breath and movement in a way I hadn’t experienced before, softening the contraction and bringing an awareness that felt like a genuine pattern shift — not because everything disappeared, but because there was so much more space around what I was holding.

She works with remarkable presence, spontaneity and sensitivity, creating the conditions for deeply held patterns to loosen naturally, and I left feeling more open, grounded and connected to myself. I would highly recommend Lina for a one-on-one session.”
“I really want to recommend Lina for one-on-one somatic/shadow bodywork in person (in Berlin). I have just finished my second series of in-person bodywork with Lina and the way I would describe her work … is kind of like personal circling. She works very directly with the body, guided by intuition, helping you explore areas of deep holding. Together, you sound, move, release, open, and discover what’s there. There’s no need to construct a story or analyze anything, unless something naturally comes up in the moment. I’ve been able to access some very deep holding and wounds, and, with her help, meet what emerges with what it needs in that moment. I’ve found the tenderness, acknowledgement and intimacy of the process incredibly healing. It’s been super transformative for me on the awakening path, and has brought me immediate insights and openings.”

“I was looking for support to release old dysfunctional patterns from my body that became more noticeable after deepening my meditative practice. Lina helped me identify these holding patterns on multiple levels — in the way I breathe, move, express myself and all the way down in deep muscle tissue. What really struck me was being made aware of how my entire body would tense up in certain situations, and how much pent-up energy I had been carrying as a consequence.
Arne W. · Germany
Lina showed me many useful tools to counter these holding patterns in daily life, calm my system and release old energies effectively. She did this in an empathic, intuitive and confident way, and I felt in good hands at all times. From the way she works and moves it really becomes clear that she’s done the work herself.
After the sessions I felt more ease and clarity, and was able to express myself more authentically. My spiritual practice has also benefited from a greater sense of calm in my body.”
“I was lucky to meet Lina for a 1:1 bodywork session during a summer retreat in 2026. I had already known her guided somatic sessions (both online and in person) and know her to be a very intuitive and embodied teacher. She always moves with the moment and does so effortlessly and fluidly.
Jürg H. · Switzerland
During our 1:1 session I felt very accepted and free to talk about whatever was coming up. I always felt met in deep respect and earnestness, and it was very natural for me to trust her and her touch. She brought me back in contact with many things I had forgotten. For example, she instructed me to breathe into certain spaces (‘just go with it!’) and I remembered I used to do that in sports, before I was taught that my breathing should be a certain way. Her intuition paid off and I connected much more with my breath.
[…]
Her touch is very pleasant. She has an ability to feel ‘into’ my body with an accuracy that’s inexplicable to me — and I would want to believe that I know my body very, very well and am very much in touch with it. Lina is on a whole new level. Highly recommended :-)”
